Workshops, Primary – Graduate Level:

New English Contemporary Ballet’s Dance Animateurs are able to offer an exciting range of activities for schools tailored to suit all ages and abilities from primary to graduate level, which will motivate enthusiasm and creativity in teachers and students alike. Workshops are offered either as a course of weekly/monthly sessions or as half-day/full-day sessions.

Our Animateurs are experienced in teaching the GCSE and A-Level Dance syllabi and have worked closely with the Sector Skills Council and regional consortia groups on the development and delivery of the new Creative and Media Specialised Diploma.

Inset Training:

New English Contemporary Ballet can offer support in this vital, yet often difficult- to-deliver area of the curriculum, offering advice and guidance in all aspects of dance teaching. Teachers are taken through a step-by-step programme designed to address their individual needs, from the collection of resources to issues of safe practice. Our aim is to inspire teachers and to de-mystify the subject of dance within the school setting, and in doing so, to provide the necessary tools to develop confidence.
